Barrisol stretch ceilings are made to order and individually shaped to fit specific designs. The shape and size of the venue, together with all the pertinent features where the stretch ceiling is to be mounted are important data used to customize sheets, profiles and accessories.

Stretched to Perfection

Stretching of Barrisol sheets is performed on pre-assembled structure custom-fabricated from aluminum and patented Barrisol mounting systems. Using Barrisol mounting systems, you can achieve not only classic styles but also many other free-form shapes (slopes, arches, ovals, waves, 3D, etc.).

Light but Strong

One of the main advantages of the stretch ceiling is that the material is very light (from 180 to 360 g/m2) and therefore does not burden the structure of buildings (compared to other types of suspended ceilings which usually weigh about 12 kg/m2). They are also resistant to moisture, water and bacteria and so are suitable for areas such as bathrooms, pools, surgical rooms etc., they have excellent sound absorption; do not hold dust or odors.

Convenient and Practical

A Barrisol stretch ceiling can be mounted as close as at a minimum distance of 18 mm from the existing ceiling. This leaves a 5 mm gap, which allows for easy partial or complete removal if necessary. Barrisol also allows for the convenient incorporation of additional equipment and accessories, electric wiring and lighting, placement of grilles and security systems.
